We can arrange emergency care in as little as 2-5 days from your care assessment. In an emergency, we can quickly arrange waking nights, sleepover or 24hr live in care so that loved ones can be released quickly from hospital after an unforeseen illness, condition, flareup or a minor accident. (the hospital discharge team must approve the release). With the daily help of our care worker, you or your loved one have the choice to stay in your own home.
